Zhiqian Zhang, the founder of Tidetron, introduced the history and situation of the company's development in Guangzhou. He said that he would try his best to establish the joint research center as soon as possible. Jian Chen, the professor of Jiangnan University, introduced the Future Food Science Center of Jiangnan University. He also said that the center shoulders the heavy responsibility of upgrading food engineering with biotechnology, and will start from three aspects: "process strengthening", "unit substitution" and "process reengineering" to create "future food" for consumers.
The two sides will also establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, realize the sharing of talents, technology and resources, accelerate the transformation of existing scientific research achievements to contribute to the realization of greener and sustainable bio-manufacturing.
