In addition, Alozone Sugar is also one of the few sugar substitutes that can produce a Meladic reaction, so it can be used in some foods that require a high temperature reaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the industrial production of allulose is based on whole-cell enzyme-catalyzed method, i.e., the interconversion between fructose and allulose is achieved by sugar isomerase. In short, the current difficulties in the production of domestic alloxan lie in the three major aspects of isomerase activity, reuse frequency and conversion rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure tolerate high temperatures and high fructose concentrations in order to improve the stability of the E. coli host in the catalytic environment and thus increase the number of reuse of the
